I haven't had time to go through the Island Park pictures, but we had a great salad while we were there that I thought I would share. It is Julie's recipe, however, she didn't get to make it because she had to go home early with sick people.
Raspberry Fruit Salad
2 6 oz. mixed berry yogurt
1-2 6 oz. raspberry yogurt
1 pkg. (4 serving) vanilla pudding dry mix
Mix above and then add:
16 oz. Cool Whip
1 bag frozen raspberries
1 bag frozen blackberries
3/4 bag mini marshmallows (optional)
We used all raspberries and left out the marshmallows. It was yummy!
